Return & Refund Policy

At Liam Style, we want our returns process to be clear and straightforward. This Return & Refund Policy explains our 30-day return policy as well as your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a voluntary return under our 30-day return policy, items should be:

Unused and unworn, other than reasonable inspection or trying on;
In their original condition;
Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable; and
Accompanied by proof of purchase or other evidence of your order.

Our 30-day return policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel an Online Order

For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.

You may inspect or try on an item in the same way that you reasonably could in a physical shop. We may make a deduction from the refund where the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to return.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns must be authorised before they are sent.

Please do not send a return to our business address unless we specifically confirm that address for your return.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, including returns made under the statutory cancellation right, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we tell you otherwise.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, Liam Style will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are protected by UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned

Certain goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. These may include:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; and
Any other goods for which a statutory cancellation exception applies.

If an excluded item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights still apply.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are covered by the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items. Unless an item falls within a lawful return exception, it may also be returned under our 30-day return policy subject to the conditions above.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will process the refund within the time required by applicable UK law.

Where applicable, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded as required by law. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or premium delivery service may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.

No Restocking Fee

Liam Style does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please contact us. Depending on availability, we may advise you to return the original item and place a new order.
